About This SMS Program
MacroModus operates an SMS communication program on behalf of real estate brokerages using our platform. The program enables brokerage office staff to send and receive text messages with affiliated real estate agents for operational and compliance purposes.
This is a professional, business-to-agent communication service. Messages are sent only to licensed real estate agents with an active affiliation agreement with the sending brokerage.
How You Were Enrolled
You provided consent to receive SMS communications from your affiliated brokerage as part of your brokerage association agreement. This consent was collected digitally and recorded at the time you executed your onboarding agreement. No messages are sent to individuals without a current, active brokerage affiliation.
If you believe you received a message in error, reply STOP immediately or contact us at support@macromodus.com.
Types of Messages You May Receive
- Onboarding folder notifications and document request follow-ups
- Real estate license expiration reminders and renewal prompts
- Office announcements, meeting notices, and team communications
- Transaction coordination updates from brokerage staff
- Compliance requirement notifications
- Direct messages from authorized brokerage staff members
Messages may contain links to your agent portal on macromodus.com and phone numbers for brokerage staff contact.

How to Stop Receiving Messages
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP to any message from this program
- Reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE
- Contact your brokerage office directly to update your communication preferences
- Email support@macromodus.com with your opt-out request
Upon opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. Note that opting out of SMS does not affect your brokerage affiliation or access to your agent portal.
To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START or contact your brokerage office.
